Any Ryobi 18 v cordless drill or any Ryobi cordless tool in general that is, will accept either the old ni cad batteries or the new and much improved lith ion batteries. The p203 can be found by itself or as part of a kit. There is both a 2 piece kit that comes with the drill and flashlight as well as a 4 piece kit that comes with the drill, circular saw, recipricating saw and worklight. Both kits come with charger and battery, beware though, the Ryobi P203 on its own does not always come with a battery. So pay special attention to the package if you know you will need one. If you have some exsisting Ryobi tools then do not worry as I mentioned earlier the old ni-cads will work fine if that is what you are used to.
